Abstract

This report describes the multidisciplinary experience of the Amazon Documentation and Memory Center (CDMAM) team in the conception and execution of the "Historical Poetry of the Amazon Exhibition". The initiative used the vast digitized collection of rare newspapers and books from the State Department of Culture and Creative Economy to promote the recovery of regional literary trajectories. The innovative differential of the project lies in the absolute technical autonomy of the sector, which fully managed all stages of the production chain: from bibliographic mining and analytical curatorship to audio capture, professional sound editing and graphic design. The exhibition integrated bilingualism and accessibility via QR Codes, converting static historical documents into dynamic cultural products. The results demonstrate the strengthening of the librarian's role as an agent of innovation, cultural entrepreneurship and essential technological mediator in contemporary information management.
