With the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) in the production of synthetic content, it becomes fundamental to guide high school students in technical education regarding intellectual property and the ethical use of information. This work discusses, through a qualitative and exploratory literature review, how librarians can act innovatively in guiding students about copyright and the responsible use of AI in academic and technological production. It concludes that the school library should be redefined as a space for innovation, acting as a hub for guidance on the ethical use of information and for the production of knowledge aligned with current market trends.
